We are able to immerse ourselves in your organisation for a fixed period of time to carry out projects on a consultancy basis. This could be an annual review of your governance arrangements, a refresh of your terms of reference for your board and committees, or an update to your corporate policies and procedures. Or perhaps you are working on something across organisational boundaries and need to describe that arrangement clearly though a Memorandum of Understanding or similar. Most governance failings can easily be avoided if a little investment is made at the start to get it right.
