Oliver Westmancott

Oliver is an experienced expert in data privacy and data governance. He typically works with boards and senior leadership teams to identify and resolve privacy risks and to dramatically improve personal data processing procedures.

Having worked across the health and social care sector, private and public sector, Oliver is able to address the complementary and competing requirements of the applicable data protection legislation.

​

He has particular experience in applying good data governance into the development of Digital Services following the gov.uk service design standard.

​

Typical engagements include; Data Protection Audits, Investment Due Diligence, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data protection by design exercises.

Oliver lives in East Anglia and serves clients nationally.
